A Free Five-Session Conversation Series for Parents, Grandparents & Caring Adults
in partnership with the Braver Angels Delaware Alliance
Where will the young people in your life learn what it means to be a citizen?
At school? Online? From friends? Or perhaps from you?
Join a small group of parents, grandparents, and other caring adults for a five-session, nonpartisan conversation series inspired by Lindsey Cormack's “How to Raise a Citizen”.
This isn't a class or traditional book club. We'll talk, share experiences, and explore practical ways to help young people become more thoughtful, informed, and engaged citizens, without telling them what to think.

Join us for a 90-mintute gathering designed to keep you connected, informed, and growing in your Braver Angels skills.
Through guided exercises, thoughtful conversations, and realistic role-plays, you’ll strengthen your ability to listen, ask meaningful questions, acknowledge different perspectives, and share your own views effectively.
Whether you identify as Red, Blue, independent, or somewhere in between, this is a welcoming place to practice navigating disagreement with greater confidence. Come sharpen your skills, learn alongside others, and become better prepared to stay calm, curious, and connected when conversations get challenging.
